Meetings of the Ontario Ecotourism Society
As declared in Bylaw 3 of the Constitution for the Ontario Ecotourism Society, meetings of the board of directors, committees, working groups, etc. are open to any member in good standing, except where confidential matters as defined by the Ontario Municipal Act are discussed.
The Ontario Ecotourism Society will hold four meetings of the Board of Directors per year, one of which will be the Annual General Meeting. The Annual General Meeting will take place every year to reaffirm commitment to the purposes of the society, elect directors, receive reports from committees, review finances, appoint auditors or financial examiners, and conduct other business of the society.
All members will be sent, at least 21 days in advance, written notice by email of the date, time and location of all general meetings of the Society.
